I downloaded the companies act from the website of MCA. It is not updated even upto amendments in 2000.

It is unbelivable that companies act is not updated on the website of MCA.

i sent feedback on website to www.mca.gov.in on 25th may 2010, now a respond is received by email as they are now working on the matter and soon make necessary changes on the website.
