Is commuted pension received by a employee of government company is fully exempt?

Yes it is exempt
Company is a state government company incorporated under companies act. whether clause(I) or (ii) of sec. 10(10A) is applicable.
Government company employee is not a government employee ,so full exemption cannot be claimed, however part exemption is available under section 10(10A)
