How to track communication reference number in income tax..??
Example : I have raised refund re issue request which had been rejected.
The communication was done via "communication reference number - xyz1234"
Where I will find the details and reason for rejection?

To find the reason for rejection, log in to your account on the Income Tax e-Filing Portal, go to Pending Actions > e-Proceedings, or check your Rectification Status under the Services menu. These sections contain the official records and remarks from the Income Tax Department regarding your requests.
