I want to know whether to fill write any details while writing partnership deed , lease deed, gift deed , or v just have to write a format of the deed in exam....
for many of dem my question will be silly but please guide me n clear my confusion....

There is no doubt about the suggestion given by members.
But to look different from others, I would suggest you to prepare some sample details for the purpose of filling in the desired format. By this way your Deed or any other document look complete and create a positive impression on the copy checker.
However if you are running short of time you can simply mention format without setails.
