I have 1 Query. When we can change common seal or when we have to change common seal? And if new seal has came into existence, then dovuments which are signed by old common seal will remain valid????

One Company should not have more than One Common Seal at a particular point of time (Keeping seal in foreign comapny is excluded for discussion). So, if you are changing a common seal, you should destroy the old one. Secondly, you can change CS (Common Seal) if it is not capable of being used (broken, not visible etc) Or the name of the Comapny got changed..

After the Common Seal has been changed, then the documents which are authenticated by old seal will remain valid?
