Whether Common Seal Register is Statutory Register ? And Under which section of Companies Act it has been made mandatory?
Please find attached herewith the list of mandatory and non mandatory statutory registers required to be maintained under companies act, 1956.
As per my understanding Common seal register is not a mandatory statutory register. However maintaining the same is a part of good corporate governance.
