Hi,
Company AOA contain clause related to affixing of Common seal to offiicial document. The clause say that Seal should be placed in presence of 1 director.
Can Board resoltuion be passed saying that seal will be placed in front of director and counter signed by the offcial person of the company.
My query is : whether additional stuff can be included in the BR i.e. related to counter signature ?
