I am working with Real Estate company, right now we have three projects.
Some expenses are common on all this projects, like telephone expense, finance cost, legal expense. I want to know which is best method to divide common expenses amoung all the projects.

You can allocate in equal % or base on the Cost of Project viz., one Project cost may be more than the other so you can decide & fix % accordingly. Alternatively you can do it on Average basis.
