Can any body plz clarify whether a statutory auditor of holding company be the stautory auditor of its subsidiary co and vice versa, i am sure sec 144 diasllows certain non-audit services but am not sure about position of statutory audit.

there is no such restriction in comapnies act provided other disqualification under section 141(3) of comapnies act,2013 are not attracted
