where should I have to show gain on commodities in income tax return?

It should be shown as business income you need to file ITR-4.

Show this gain income under 44AD and you require to pay minimum 6% of Turnover or Actual gain whichever is higher. File ITR4
if gain only 5000/- ?
Still you need to file ITR 4, and disclose 6% to 100 % income from business profession out of 5000.
