Payment towards property can be reduced for calculation of taxable service and the net amount is considered as taxable service for calculation of service tax.

You will find the CUSTOMS / CENTRAL EXCISE commodity code from the below mentioned site
which form to be filed for adding in addition to the existed traded goods in karnataka VAT.
