commission under (194H)
I am filling ITR under 44AD but having commission Income (194H). should I have to maintain books because in my software ITR3 applicable showing whether I want to File ITR 4. what to do.

For commision income you cannot file u/s 44AD
No... ITR 4 not applicable for Commission Income.
I have also business income so I am filling under 44AD also. And having commission also
