Commission Income under Gst

If person work on commission basis in line of property registration in registrar's office, then whether he is required to obtain gst number? If he want to file ITR then which itr is suitable to him?

ITR 1 may be filed
If your main Business is Commission Agent then ITR 3 will applicable .
Yes if his turnover exceeds 20 lac pa (reference section 22 of CGST Act)
If your turnover is above 20 lakh, you are required to get register under GST.

Also you need to file ITR-3 not ITR-1.
