Assessee is earning commission from IT Companies.
He is also having Business & Rental Income, turnover is more than 2 crores.
Whether GST is need to be charged on Commission Amount??

If the person is registered and he is receiving any income in the nature of supply GST is applicable. Therefore GST will be charged on the commission
