Mr. X is a Tenant and he shares his property without the approval of the owner on certain fixed commission.What is the legal consequencees. Please note that nowhere he has metioned that he has let out the property...he is sharing for the business of the Third Party  for term of 6 years.Further can he be regarded as commissioning agent?

Should read the Leave and Licence Agreement before we can conclude anything. Usually the agreement states the purpose of letting the property and thus this may be a violation of the contract. 

 

In addition, the tenant didnt have a rightful title to the property to share his property with other businesses qand the agreement between the tenant and the third party will be void ab initio.
