Hello everyone.
can please anyone tell me the difference between residential building and commercial building. how will you determine. please clarify in simple words. suppose if building's ground floor is used for business and 1st and 2nd floors are used for residential purpose. what it will be called commercial or residential property?

Commercial buildings are totally used for commercial purpose, shops, offices, cinema halls malls etc, where not a single residential unit exists.
All other buildings having upper floors as residential usage, while ground floor as shops or parking area, are called residential complex.
