Yeah I am experiencing the same when I use the CAclubindia app on my cell phone. PC website is working fine. So I suggest you to use your PC till the mobile app gets updated.
Its application error. Either take the older version from someone else.

Proble is due to using of copyright of some other website.
You use subway surfers link with your. comment, that's why it is not visible. I can read it in mail only
