Now There is bend on transfer with filing form No.109,
& Those exceptions are more or less not visible
If ther is such bend of articleship thenwhat about free education?
It may be case ther may be mentle harasement or like that
it should be altered & allow transfer on some basis.

These transfer rules are an indication that articleship should be considered as good as a government job and the CA's office is a government office. It is also insists on working like a government officer. We need to accept this fact till the time rules dont get changed. Never take tension of articleship. Work only as per ICAI rules, behave like a sarkari officer who works for very low wages. Dont feel helpless...stick to the idea of "sarkari naukri". If made to sit late...just sit, dont work. Remember Bapu's philosophy of Satyagraha. If the seniors shout, give them energy drink or chyawanprash so that they can do so better.
Tension nahi leneka...just enjoy, pass the time somehow.

Thats what I am saying, why the hell to give your blood and sweat. Work as per ICAI rules, refer to what I wrote, read it carefully. The comparison I have made is very relevant because some of the features of regular articleship and government job are quite similar.
Based on my browsing of various websites and forums and interaction with CA students, some of the features of articleship I came across are -
The list is endless, many more points can be added. And I guess this is quite similar to what the servants of various government departments like Transport, Electricity, Municipal Corporations, Police etc are facing. We complaint that they are ineffecient, corrupted, but they really have no reasons to work, thats because of the above features. Thats what has happened to all article trainees as well.
Friends please stop discussing like this if you joined to such firms ( where there is no scope to learn ) thats your fault ( including me) but for this alone blaming the entire articalship is not fair. Instead look for option to exit from such place & join where you can get good exposure ex-Indutrail training & Secondment of articalship.Even i'm also looking for industrial training. And i'm sure articalship certailnly backbone of our studies.
The option to exit is not given, thats the biggest problem, because of which members take undue advantage.
Industrial Training is applicable only to those who are in the last 9 to 12 months of articleship.
Whatever I have suggested above is for those who cannot exit, and also those who dont wish to practice or take up any job in accounting, auditing and taxation post qualifiction.
Articleship is not the backbone of studies because many rankers are dummy. And post qualification, it is true that they may not be able to work well, but that holds true only in case of accounting, auditing and taxation jobs. For other jobs, a regular and a dummy article are at the same level. Because articleship does not give exposure beyond these three areas (there can be exceptions though) and thats right in a way because CA course is dedicated to Accounting, Auditing and taxation.

Articalship not only help for Exam but also for our future carrier..
i tooooooo would like to see that the new notification on transfer is removed
as its difficult to work as per the icai norms 10 to 5 .
if not icai should be strict in this timing if exceeding the time limit good reward is to be backened for that ,such that the firms dont indulge in such activity
so if this notification is to carry on students should also be taken care of by icai
now its like icai feeding all the firms by playing with their tune
dear pragathi i agree with your suggestion.but do u think uttam prakash will agree with this.as far as my knowledge is concerned he is the sole person behind this rule regarding transfer.
