Commencement of Business certificate

A private limited company incorporated in March is asking if they can begin supplying goods before obtaining a Commencement of Business Certificate, as they have 180 days to do so. While there are no explicit GST restrictions, starting operations without the certificate is a violation of Section 10A of the Companies Act, 2013. The incorporation certificate itself is required to commence business.
