I have one query regarding commencement of business.
Company was incorporated in january 2014 as public soaccording to section 165 of companies act,1956it should have got its commencement of business within 6 months but have not taken.
Now company wants to file for its commencement oof business certificate.
can anybody please help me with the procedure to be followed.
