Commencement of business

I have one query regarding commencement of business.

Company was incorporated in january 2014 as public soaccording to section 165 of companies act,1956it should have got its commencement of business within 6 months but have not taken. 

Now company wants to file for its commencement oof business certificate.

can anybody please help me with the procedure to be followed.

You have to file form INC 21.

HI, refer sec 11 of the CA 2013 and relevant rules.....have to file form INC 21.....do start the process ASAP, as i guess your 6 mths have already expired.....
