i have 10 shopsthe rent is per shop Rs.3000*10=30,000 there is gst avail per shop is yes what is the percent

Yes you have to pay GST for the whole amount as your annual rent is 3.6 lakhs and your turnover is less 20 lakhs so you dont have to pay GST at the rate of 18% in GST regime.
I think......... needs some correction......
30000×12 months=3.6 lacs not 36 lacs
