We are manufacturing XYZ products.each products having individual MRP Rs.150 /-
No we plan to sale these three products as a combipack in Rs. 400 /-
now i want to know that excise duty is applicable on Rs 450 (150X3) or Rs.400 /- (Combipack)

I agree with Mr.Anup Gupta, excise is applicable for MRP mentioned on combi pack. It should be clear from the outer wrapper that combi pack is not for sale of individual unit.

Our product falling under state excise not central excise and we have to take clearance for individually for both three products. we will sale as a combipack but we have to pay excise duty seperatly for each products.
as per you we have to pay excise duty on 400 /- then how we can take seperate clearance for each product.
