I have been trying to get the poastal coaching completion certificate downloaded from the website https://202.71.128.85:99/Intranet/CCReport.aspx. However, the website is not working for the last one week. I have tried connecting with SIRC. However, the phone is always engaged. Is there any other mechanism through which we can get access to completion of poastal coaching for ICWAI Group III/IV.
Any Information / help would be quite useful.

Please mail your problem to sirc. They may take a day or two to respond. But they definitely help you. I have encountered the same trouble. on 30th march 2012. Then I have mailed my problem to the sirc. Within four days, they have helped me.

Me & my Friend both are registered for ICWAI postal coaching course but, we don't know the procedure to get the CC for examination, when we have to write test papers, how to submit, when we will get the CC ??????????? please guide us
To get eligibility to appear at Dec exams, submit the aswers to test papers by Aug 10 and for June exam, submit by Feb 10.
