We could not file the ROC returns for the last two years due to some personal problems. From March 2018 we started working properly again.
In March we filed the Income tax returns for two years. In the meantime, our CA requested us to change him as he had other obligations to fulfill and he won't be able to do justice.
The resignation was filed because of late filing it just got approved but before the admission of the other CA two days later, it got struck-off.
What is the timeframe for appealing, how many days does it take to get the favourable order and what expenses can be expected for the same?
