Co. Incorporation

Plz  help me on dis.... I want to incororate "XYZ Investment & Finance Pvt. Ltd". Can it be incorporated with one lac of share capital or it hs to be compulsory be incorporated as NBFC. As the name contain words investment and finance which is making me confused. My client want to incorporate it with 1lac of share capital. The company wud be incorporated in mumbai.
