Plz help me on dis.... I want to incororate "XYZ Investment & Finance Pvt. Ltd". Can it be incorporated with one lac of share capital or it hs to be compulsory be incorporated as NBFC. As the name contain words investment and finance which is making me confused. My client want to incorporate it with 1lac of share capital. The company wud be incorporated in mumbai.

you are right as the words contain investment and finance u need to go for nbfc not as a private limited company for that u need to go to nbfc procedure hope u know the prodedure to form a nbfc
so tat means it hd be a NBFC with authorised share capital of Rs. 2Cr....
