Hello Uma,

While auditiong the company various things should be considerd :

1. Compliance of ompnaies Act various sections like:

i) Appointment of Director

ii) Appointment of Auditor

iii) Board Report

iv) Loans to director prohibition

v) Meetings held in compliance to the section of the ACt

2. Compliance of PF and EPF

3. Compliance of Service Tax provisons like payment made properely under reverse charge

4. Proper recording of fixed assests under additon.
