Dear Mam/Sir,
Can anyone have a circular or information regarding late filing on MCA Portal , due to website unavailability of MCA Portal. Ex. Some forms have to filed within 30 days from the business. Now, the 30 days criteria is lapse because of Portal maintenance.
Please help on this matter. .

Even i had made a late filing due to this problem, but it seems that MCA is not charging additional fee for the same since my filing had been charged with normal fees only.. You can check the filing fees from the MCA portal....I Think MCA wont be charging for the same.
