cmp 8 otp is not verifying and submission failed after 01092019 to till today

Generate greivances which is shown on GST portal below on right side and attached the error msg which is shown on screen at time of verification by taking screen shots. The problem resolved by department within 2 to 3 days. You also change your browser and then try to file it otherwise generate greivances. I am also face same problem but it is resolved after generate greivances.

You can follow Rakesh instruction. As of now that's the only way.
