composition delaer ki late fees lag rhi hai kya??? 1-4-19 se return due hai

Yes, Late fee applicable.. there is no waiver of late fee for Composition dealer...

But sir yesterday i filled Q3 return {F Y 2019-20} and Q1 current year gst return portal did not calculate any late fee?
