CMP 08 FORM

still gst cmp-08 form not available ????

so there will be interest leviable  or not for delayed payment of gst for composition dealers as of now ?? bcoz form is not available form department side.. 

As per the recent 36th GST council meeting. the GST Form CMP 08 due date for the period of April 2019 to June 2019 is now 31st August from the previously held 31st June 2019.

The Council in its 36th GST Council meeting had notified that the due date for filing FORM CMP 08 for the April 2019 to July 2019 quarter will be extended to 31st August, 2019 from 31st June, 2019. The form is now available.
