I have cleared CMA INTER exams in December 2018 attempt.I would like to know when I would be eligible for appearing in CMA FINAL exams and whether CA articleship experience be counted at par with 6 months training required for registration into CMA Final exam?

You just need to be pursuing a graduation degree to give the exams. For the license, you'll need 2 years of relevant work experience and graduation degree.
