when there is enhancement of fund based limits then cma data and projected FS to be submitted to banks.

There is no need to submit CMA Data to bank every year. If your company want to increase your Loan limit or adhoc your loan limit coz of increaing the project cost, then and then only you should must to submit the CMA Data to bank. You have to attach all the documents relating to show the increase the cost of project. Attach Revised Detailed Project Report if bank require.
IT IS NOT LIKE THAT - LIMITS WHEN EXPIRES NEED TO BE RENEWED WHETHER IT INVOLVES ENHANCEMENT OR NOT . LIMITS FOR WORKING CAPITAL IS NORMALLY FOR A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR - HENCE IT IS BETTER TO SAY OR ANSWER THAT EVERY ENHANCEMENT AND RENEWAL NECESSITATE FRESH CMA
