Corporate and allied laws by Munish Bhandari is a very good reference book. But unfortunately it is meant for CA and hence does not cover complete syllabus for CMA. It starts from Dividend chapter under CA2013 and covers rest of the syllabus except Electricity Act, SEBI (SATR) Rules and Corporate Governance. These missing topics can be studied using PPT slides of the Institute.
