Clubbing of IT returns of spouse

For F.Y 2022-23, I had transferred company shares into my wife's account. Before filing IT returns of my spouse,  I had done excel workings to split Shares dividends of her own dividends and myself. Later, I clubbed her Shares dividends with my income and we filed the IT returns of me and my wife separately.

Queries-

(1) Every year, do I need to segregate my spouse shares dividends income and club it with my income?

(2) Do I need to file IT returns of my spouse, if the annual income is below Rs. 2.5 Lacs?
