Clubbing of capital gain
Hi All,
I wanted to know under which head of income will the, long term capital gain(LTCG) of minor child be clubbed to the income of the parent whether under LTCG or Income from other sources.

As per the rules of clubbing income clubbed has to be shown under the same head in which the income has earned by the recipeint so it will be under capital gain head.
I agree that income clubbed has to be shown under the same head in which the income has earned by the recipeint. But the question remians whether a minor can eran a capital gain.
