Club India Point system changed??

Very disappointing indeed as it applies to all the foums. It was not required at all.

Thumb down to this decision as it is the sheer result of forum fights and unnecessary pressure created by some members. This decision also shows “No real time interaction policy of team ADmin”.

I also facing new reply auto mail(Notify via memail when someone reply). inspite of intemation to admin its not stop till today.

                           Out first aim here is to share our views and knowledge...so i guess we should stop bothering abt points...When points become the aim, the main objective gets defeated dear bro...

According to me somewhere this point system and thumb up system acts as a motivational factor for a new member and ultimately shifts his/her mind and efforts towards contribution and sharing. Some of the examples behind this thinking are:

1. Ankur Garg

2. Maninder Singh

3. Rahul Bansal  

4.  Harshit Agarwal

5.  Manish Sharma and many more.

However I should not comment about others except myself but sincerely hope that somewhere they got motivated by this system. All I can share with you all is when Ms. Deepshikha gave me first thumb up it was a big motivational moment for me and the rest is history.

Yes... Ankur sir you r right... Dont know about others.... But for me it motivates a lot....

yh... its rite.... it definately gives us motivation 2 increase our contribution.... n also involve a lot...

ME TOO AGREE WITH U SIR

 i guess members should use "Thumbs up" or "Thank user" approach more than replying "Thank you or good".

And, i think reducing points for thread reply is not that bad, bcoz useless replies are abundant.

They have also removed the thumbs up option from the expert section totally which used to act as a motivator to answer more and more queries

Sad but it doesnt effect those who have got motivation of knowledge sharing and want to take part without considering this point system.

We should keep one thing in our minds that "Here we get points for sharing our views and knowledge rather than share our views and knowledge for points".So I think that a point doesnt take any matter.
