Company law settlement Scheme - the scheme will stay up to 15jan, 2012. Now my company was registered in 2007. The directors have not obtained their DINs till now as there was no requirement that time. The said company is defaulting Annual Returns from 2007-08 onwards and the default is displayed by ROC. Now if I wanted to use benefit of CLSS and without having relevant DINs on hand pls suggest me how can I proceed to file annual return. Will Provisional DINs work - so now I can apply for dins fast- for filing Annual Returns and use benefit of CLSS pls help me soon. thanks in advance to all.

At the time of applying DIN make sure that all the documents relating to ID AND ADDRESS PROOF are correct and fill DIN 1 very carefully. Generally in haste we commit mistake in filling din 1 and due to which the procedure becomes more longer than usual. Best of luck

Apply for the DIN, it will be generated the moment the form is uploaded.theradter proceed with the filing and avail CLSS
