We have 1 Pvt Ltd Company, which was incorporated in 2019. Company carried out business for 1 year and from last 1 year there is no transaction in company.

 

Can we close the company?

If your Private Limited company, incorporated in 2019, has had no transactions for the past year, you can indeed close it. If company has not been working for last 1 year then you might close the company
