In 2019, we had got one shipping bill but for some reasons, exports dud not take place
It remains alive in the system and we are getting reminders. Bank advise to approach Customs. What is the guideline?

You may write to the concerned Customs autorities for cancelletion of the particular shipping bill giving the reason for cancellation,Submit reuest letter to the Customs and take acknowladgement and send copy of the same to your banker.
