i inc a pvt ltd. co at Agra but did not do any business and still lying from 2011 . How can i close. In FTE can i close directly or need to take professional help. what are closure expenses of ROC (uttarpradesh) and professional average charges ? Can i sell it as well? what are site for selling same? For selling also do i need to take a professional help?

CA certified statement of account is to be attached.
