Closure of company
When the company goes to voluntary closure the company has to file STK-2 before the form filling of STK-2 whether the company is mandatory to file INC-22A??

Yes you have to file INC-22A
No you can close the company without it
How can File STK 2 without INC20A, when prefill the Form shows not filled INC 20A.Kindly guide me.
In such a situation, first download Form INC-20A from the MCA Website and submit that form.
Thereafter, file STK-2 form
