We have created a private company for one of our client.The company was doing good,but due to few reasons the members and others want to stop the business and close the company.
So could any one of you tell me the detailed process for closing of a private limited company through (MCA site).

For closing a running company you are to go for Members' Voluntry Winding up U/s 484 of the Companies Act,1956. Voluntry Winding up is one of the specialised area of our practice. If you mail us the latest Balance Sheet of the company, I may be able to guide you properly in this regard.

The other wayout may be filing of FTE, if the company is inopeative for the last one year and the company ahs losses equal to their capital.
