Closing stock not submitted for fy 2011-11

Every registered dealer in delhi is required to fill stock-1. If stock is nil, you must file it nil. Not filing this detail attracts penalty.

u have to pay penalty... notice issued under the respective rule and section doesn't contain any objection. so u must have to pay the penalty of Rs. 10000.

Right , you need to pay penalty.
