Sir i want to know how can i close a company which is not function from registration date comany is not also filling any return not having any bank accounts how can i close this company
A company can apply for removal of name/strike off to registrar under section 248 of the Companies Act 2013. The grounds of strike off are as follows: i) A company has failed to commence its business within one year of its incorporation. OR
