closing of non functioning company
Sir i want to know how can i close a company which is not function from registration date comany is not also filling any return not having any bank accounts how can i close this company

A company can apply for removal of name/strike off to registrar under section 248 of the Companies Act 2013.
The grounds of strike off are as follows:
i) A company has failed to commence its business within one year of its incorporation. OR
ii) A company is not carrying on any business or operation for a period of two
immediately preceding financial years and has not made any application within such
period for obtaining the status of a dormant company und
