We are a Private Limited company incorporated in Karnataka. We were incorporated in July, 2012 and have been doing transactions since September, 2012. However, now we would like to close down the Private Limited company. Could you pls. let me know the process for the same?

The procedure depends according to the mode of winding up. In case of voluntary winding provisions of section 484 to 520 shall be followed.
