What is the procedure to close a private limited company ? How long does it take normally ?

Closing a private company

Basically Private company is governed by their AOA, in case in AOA no procedure is mention regarding winding up than the company take the procedure of member voluntery wind up in case no debts remain and creditors in case any debt remain.
