plz help in providing knowledge
what are the various acts under which registration s are required to set up a clinic with diagnostic center and path lab?

we got registered with ROC as LLP .
also got registered under MSME .

  • Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)
  • Get registered with Shops and Establishments Act
  • Get registered with Clinical Establishment Act
  • Get registered with biomedical waste disposal body
  • Get approval for waste generation from pollution board in your state
  • Get NOC from fire department
  • Get NOC from municipality
  • Get approvals from certain bodies such as Atomic Energy Regulatory Board and/or Bhabha Atomic Research Center for radio active high end imaging services like CT scan, MRI, PET & Ultrasound etc...
  • In future, get approval state health department under from Clinical establishment act. (to be enforced in near future).
