Please advice if there is any time limit for the clearance of goods from the factory after getting the form-ARE-1 signed by the Exicse Authorties.

ARE-1 is signed by excise on actual clearence only, imder excise supervision
if under self sealing, then the assesee submit the ARE-1 copies to excise AFTER clearence, and within 24 hrs of clearence.
so question of time after signing of ARE-1 does not arise.
