Clearance of goods from godown

Dear Sir,

We are having a godown at Kondpalli, Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh. We are having our power generation unit at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, We have stored our raw material at Kondpalli. The raw materials are purchased from M/S.HPCL, Mumbai and they will hand over the goods at Kondapalli. From kondpalli we have to arrange for our own transportation by road. HPCL, Mumbai issued a tax invoice for entire quanitity.

Now to lift the raw material from Kondapalli, what are the documents to be required along with the truck.
