Clause 5 of part i of first schedule of ca act 1949
Unable to understand the Clause 5 last line which says
"or by means which are not open to a CA "
Kindly help me for understanding this line.

Yashika, it means a CA cannot obtain business by illegal means.
However it is free for him to respond to tenders etc.
